Q:  How long have you been in business?

A: 
We have been in business since 2004.
Q:  Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

A: Having an appointment will save you time, but appointments aren’t mandatory.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?

A: Yes! We guarantee the repairs for as long as you own the vehicle.
Q: Are you open on Saturday or Sunday?

A: No, we are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you need assistance outside of our business hours, please let us know. We will try to accommodate your needs.
Q: Do you have rental cars on site?

A: Yes, Enterprise has an office on site. Please call us if you need some assistance in setting up your rental reservation.
Q: How long will the repairs take?

A: Every repair is different, depending on the amount of damage and the parts needed to complete the repair. Our staff will be able to provide you with this information when they write your estimate.
Q: How will I know that my vehicle is ready for pick up?

A: We will stay in contact with you (keep you informed) throughout the repair process and will let you know when your vehicle is ready.
Q: When will I have to pay my deductible?

A: Your deductible is not due until you come in to pick up your repaired vehicle.
Q: Do you accept personal checks?

A: No, but we do accept cash, credit/debit cards and money orders.
Q: If my frame is bent, will my vehicle drive the same as it did before the accident?

A: Yes, if your frame is bent, when repaired correctly, the vehicle will drive the same. In most cases, the vehicle has a unibody; if so, the frame rails are replaceable just like any other part on the vehicle.
Q: Will the new/fresh paint match the paint on the rest of my car?

A: Yes. Our paint system is computerized to indicate the exact paint code. We will also blend the paint color in to the undamaged area if it is needed for a match.
Q: Do you do mechanical work?

A: Yes, we have ASE Certified, I-CAR Trained Technicians on staff.
